The House That Can Only Be Seen
A little, white house with big bay windows sits at the edge of the woods, between the veils of what can and cannot be seen. Blueprints exist. Deeds of ownership can be traced. Still, none in town recall ever having met any who dwelt there.
No access drive to be found, one must hike the critter path leading from the unused mailbox. Along the way, always, one loses sight of the house. Reach where it should be; the house is no longer there. Only the woods, untouched, shall greet you. Walk a bit more. Turn around. Now it's behind you.
